Day 1 of the 3 day "diet"
I am SO looking forward to hot dogs tomorrow night.
Day 1:
Breakfast -
1/2 Grapefruit
1 piece toast with 2 TBSP peanut butter
Coffee/Tea
Lumch -
1/2 cup tuna
1 piece toast
Coffee/Tea
Dinner
2 slices deli meat
1 cup green beans
1/2 banana
1 small apple
1 cup vanilla ice cream (yum!!)
Feeling - Tired from the weekend still. Probably not the best day to start a diet.
