Lady Spencer has in injury and is taking a sick day tomorrow.
For this post, I wanted to share a little Jamaican insight.
Someone made a rude comment to me today at work about my Dr. Appointment and my friend from Jamaica said to her, "if you don’t see it, don’t create it with your small mind and spread it with your big mouth"
