Pappys Smokehoue Ribs
This Saturday and Sunday (June 9th-10th from 11am-6pm), the extremely popular Big Apple BBQ returns to Madison Square Park. It’s free to attend, and there will be 18 of the best pitmasters in the United States cooking up different regional styles of barbeque ribs, chicken, pork, beef and more for about $8 a plate. They start the smokers Friday and by Saturday morning the lines get long for an amazing array of tasty bbq all in one place. Best bet is to split up among friends into different lines and then sit down in Madison Square Park to share and enjoy the different flavors. There are also regional music bands playing both days including Southern Culture on the Skidsand 5 more bands).
